I just completed a national YouTube series about fake building practitioner registrations, fake insurance, and fake certificates of occupancy. I examined a single building case from each state. The scope is breathtaking- relentless lack of governance, rogue practitioner behaviour, the parasitic secondary industries that feed off these now-broken members of our community.  I’M  alarmed as you should be -at the extent of financial destruction and emotional ruin inflicted on our own Australian families. At the State level, we have regulators, legislation regulations, bureaucracies, courts, and ministers. At Federal - those are duplicated, plus Building Associations, Australian Standards, National Construction Code, Building Codes Board, Building Ministers Meeting, ABCC, Net Zero Economy, ACL and High Court.   THIS IS NONSENSE not rocket science.
