In 2013, the Victorian Building Authority came onsite to investigate my complaint regarding defective building works and unlawful inspections. In 2015, the builder was found guilty of all allegations by the Building Practitioners Board and that matter has ended.

Where the relevant building surveyor is concerned, a different process appears to be operating. It has been nine years since the surveyor was first interviewed by the building regulator and I am yet to be informed about the outcome of findings relevant to our property. My journey of languishment and disappointment is evident in the attached letters sent to my State building regulator and the Premier of Victoria.
